Delete app data

This is the data-deletion page for Google Play. Lock n Learn, package com.locknlearn.app, does not have user accounts, sign-in, or a server. Agentic AI Labs Ltd does not hold a copy of your settings, PIN, usage counts, or writing drafts, so there is nothing for us to delete on request.

Everything the app stores is on the device, in its private app storage. You delete it yourself:

Clear storage, and keep the app

1. Turn protection off in Lock n Learn with the parent PIN, if protection is on.
2. If the Accessibility service is on, turn it off under Settings, Accessibility.
3. Open Settings, Apps, Lock n Learn, Storage, then Clear data (or Clear storage).

That removes:

• the parent PIN hash;
• the chosen app, time allowance, and protection switch;
• today’s counts of blocks, answers, and parent overrides;
• the learning plan, writing topic, and any writing draft;
• an optional NextDNS profile ID, if one was typed;
• the flag that remembers whether notification permission was requested.

The next time you open the app you start from setup again.

Uninstall

Settings, Apps, Lock n Learn, Uninstall. Uninstalling deletes the same private storage. Android backup of this app is turned off, so a later reinstall does not restore that data from Google backup.

What we cannot delete

We never receive the data, so an email cannot delete a remote record. If you email [email protected], we can only point you back to the steps above. Do not send a child’s writing or the PIN in that email. We do not need them.

The privacy policy describes the same on-device storage.
